Plain words, short version. This covers my websites, thesummitdad.com and thesummitdad.store, and everything you get from them.
I'm Johannes, The Summit Dad, a dad and creator based near Bergen, Norway. You can reach me at Johannes@thesummitdad.com.
Only your email address, and your name if you give it to me, when you download the free guide or buy something. That information goes through Gumroad, the platform I use to deliver the guide, the book and the app.
My websites also run a simple counter for downloads and followers. It doesn't track you or store anything about you.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. I don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Payments are handled entirely by Gumroad and its payment partners. I never see or store your card details. Gumroad has its own privacy policy, which applies to the checkout.

The Open Window is a digital book (PDF). The Summit App is a web app you open on your phone and add to your home screen. Both are digital, delivered instantly, and one-time payments. There are no subscriptions. They are for your personal use, so please don't resell or share them.
If it's not for you, message me within 30 days at Johannes@thesummitdad.com and I'll refund you. No hoops to jump through.
Everything here comes from my own experience as a dad. It isn't medical advice and it doesn't replace a doctor or a therapist. Talk to a professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.
